FAN Communications Global Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "FG") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to stipulate the methods of collection, retention, use, and management of information in SHOGUN STUDIOS (hereinafter referred to as "SS") provided by FG.

User's Personal Information and Data

• 1．Information to which this Policy applies includes personal information and data provided by users or collected by FG in connection with FG's games provided through SS on FG's website (https://fancsglobal.com/) and mobile platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services").
• 2．Users who do not wish for FG to collect, retain, use, or share their user information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy may not use the Services.
• 3．The scope of application of this Policy is limited to information and data collected or received by FG through the user's use of the Services. Information Collected from Users

• 1．When a user uses the Services, FG may automatically collect certain information from the user or their device. Such information includes the following:

• 2．In order to track the usage status of the Services, FG may create a unique user ID. This unique user ID is stored in connection with the user's profile information to track the games being played by the user.
• 3．FG may send push notifications through FG's mobile applications to deliver important game updates and announcements related to high scores and other Services to the user. Users may opt out of receiving these notifications at any time by changing their device settings.

How FG Uses User Information

• 1．FG's primary purposes for using user information are the provision of Services to users, troubleshooting, improvement and optimization of Services, communication with users, research, and the creation of reports for internal use.
• 2．FG uses information collected through the Services for the purposes set forth in this Policy or for purposes disclosed to the user in connection with the Services. For example, FG may use user information for the following purposes:

2．Advertising

• （１）When FG displays advertisements in the Services, FG may allow the advertising networks of FG's affiliates or partner networks to collect information regarding the user's mobile device and provide targeted advertising to the user. Such data related to the mobile device includes the following:

Disclosure of User Information to Third Parties by FG

• 1．FG will not share the user's personal information except with the user's consent or as provided in this Policy.

Special Provisions Applicable to Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

• １．Access to and Correction of Personal Information: Users may request access to the personal data held by FG concerning the user at any time by contacting the contact point stated in the "Contacting FG" section below.
• ２．FG may request the provision of certain information to verify that the person making the request is the individual they claim to be. If a user becomes aware that their account information is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up-to-date, please provide FG with the necessary information to correct it.
• ３．If you wish to withdraw your consent to the handling of personal data, please contact FG. However, the exercise of such right of withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• ４．Deletion of or Restriction of Access to User Information: Users may request the deletion of or restriction of access to their personal data. If a user's personal data is being used for the provision of Services or other legitimate purposes, FG may postpone or deny the user's request. In such cases, FG will notify the user of its inability to accommodate the request and the reason thereof.
• ５．Users have the right to receive the personal data they have provided to FG in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, the right to have such data transmitted to another party of the user's choice. However, this does not apply if it would adversely affect the rights or freedoms of third parties.
• ６．Users have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection if they consider that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes data protection laws. Users may do so in an EU member state, and in the country of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. • ７．Security Measures: FG takes reasonable measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, erasure, misuse, or alteration by third parties. While FG makes good faith efforts to store information collected in connection with the Services in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public, FG cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information during transmission or storage on FG systems. Furthermore, while FG strives to ensure the integrity and security of its network and systems, FG cannot guarantee that the security measures it implements will prevent unauthorized access to information by third-party "hackers."
• ８．FG does not represent or warrant that user information is protected from erasure, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of communication over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, FG cannot guarantee absolute security.
• ９．FG retains the user's personal data for the period necessary to provide the Services to the user. However, this does not apply if FG is required by law to delete it, or if FG accepts a request for the deletion of information from the user. FG will also retain and use the user's personal data as necessary to comply with FG's legal obligations, resolve disputes, or perform contracts to which FG is a party.
• １０．FG does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 16. Furthermore, FG does not knowingly permit them to use the Services. If a user is under the age of 16, please do not send any information about yourself to FG, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. Persons under the age of 16 must not provide personal data. If it becomes known that personal data has been collected from a child under the age of 16, FG will delete such data as quickly as possible. • １１．FG may transfer information collected about users across borders from the country or jurisdiction where the user is located to other countries or jurisdictions, to FG's affiliates or other third parties. Please note that these countries or jurisdictions may not have the same data protection laws as the user's own jurisdiction, and the Company will take adequate security measures to ensure that the transfer of such information and the use and disclosure of user information (including personal data) are conducted in a manner consistent with this Policy.
• １２．Legal Basis for Data Processing: FG processes users' personal data as necessary for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party, such as providing Services to the user. FG may also process users' personal data to respond to inquiries regarding FG's products and services.
• １３．There are also cases where the processing of a user's personal data is required by law. FG may also process users' personal data to protect the interests of the user or a third party.
• １４．Personal data is also processed when necessary for fraud prevention, the improvement of the FG network and Services, and the marketing of services to advertisers and publishers. However, this does not apply if the user's rights to data protection override these purposes.
